WebPainter is a well integrated, easy-to-use Web animation program that allows users to create animations, animated banners and static graphics for their Internet Web pages and corporate Intranets. Designed for novice and professional users alike, WebPainter has all the essential elements of a 2D color bitmap painting application plus comprehensive animation controls and extensive importing and exporting capabilities.
A key component of WebPainter is Sizzler. Sizzler uses multimedia streaming capabilities to create and play animations on the Web in real-time. The immediacy of Sizzler's stream-based animations instantly captures the attention of Web browsers, increasing the impact of any Web site. The Sizzler converter is embedded in WebPainter, allowing you to export to the Sizzler format; however, you must install the Sizzler player to view Sizzler enabled animations. To install Sizzler, please proceed with installation instructions in the Sizzler folder. (Sizzler can be found in this same software library.)
The Sizzler application will expire on March 1st, 1997. Newer versions of the Sizzler application will be available on the Totally Hip Web Site and in this library before this version expires.
